We ship via Xpressbees, India Post, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping and other leading partners — whichever serves your pincode fastest.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes — we deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India, with free delivery on prepaid orders.

Payments & Invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. EMI options are available on eligible orders at checkout.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes — every order includes a GST invoice. Businesses can use it to claim input tax credit.

Are your products genuine?

Yes — we sell 100% genuine, brand-authorized stock with the applicable brand warranty. We are an established electronics business featured in Hindustan Times.

What about refurbished laptops?

Every refurbished laptop is graded (Excellent / Good / Fair) and fully tested before dispatch. The box includes the laptop and charger (original in most cases). Condition details are listed on each product page.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy — items must be unused and in original packaging. Defective or damaged items are replaced. See our Refund Policy for full details.
